Yeah, I think I got it mostly from thealexandrian.net. I haven't actually played that many games since I read it, but it sank in so much it's hard to compare before and after. I think I always tried to be flexible like that but it used to be something I added in after, whereas now it's something I start from. And it makes things go so much easier, it used to be a bit hit and miss if things went to plan or not, but now you usually get the equivalent of "going to plan"
