It seems to be clear that (a) time differential doesn't remain constant. (b) bits of the Courts move at different paces. (c) there are some hints that time doesn't travel in quite the obvious way (everyone's descriptions of the events surrounding Brand attacking Corwin on earth and being captured can't possibly add up).
Also (d) trumps don't seem to work across large differentials.
