BTW, I was going to but forgot to mention "but no-one who reads this" about the obnoxious welsh friends; I tried to think of a better adjective ("forthright"?) that could legitimately both describe you nicely but also be a drawback in a call centre, but eventually decided to count my friend as my welsh friend from school :)
