When I was working at the careers fairs recently I'd be standing at a laptop looking careersy and taking down email addresses. In the (plentiful) lulls when no students were arriving, I'd play Minesweeper to keep myself occupied. or Solitaire. or Pinball. This plan worked flawlessly until the director of the Careers Service walked past and made various snide comments :-)
