True. I've always thought that was weird. It's mainly amusing for anecdotes about americans who have said "Hey, [Indian Friend]! Why aren't you celebrating thanksgiving? Bit of a killjoy, eh? Oops."
Though at least most people treat it as just a holiday; there's not much chance anyone looking at Harry's uniform would think he was dressed as a non-nazi german soldier with a penchant for Egyptian astrology :)
