When I say I moral-believe stealing is bad, I mean even if I was sure not to get caught it'd be wrong because someone else has a right to their property (most of the time).
Of course, it's *also* unwise, ie. likely to make the theif less, not more, happy in the long run. Which would be described in this system as morally-bad, because it's likely to lead to unhappiness for you, even if you don't care about anyone else. I realise now that I'm using 'moral' in a slightly unsual sense: I'm including things you should do to make yourself happy, not just other people.
But I see some problems. Things that are a detrement to society, or things that don't hurt you directly, but are bad if everyone does them, are a very large category that I hadn't really included.
