Amazon: OK, OK, I cave! You win! I'll do anything you want, just stop sending packages using HDL!

High-density lipoprotein?

(Actually, it's probably your version of FedEx, only making less effort to find you at home/place of work, and more difficult from whence to retrieve the package should they not "find you.")

HDL, yes. I think they're still at #1 in my list of Home Delivery Fuckwits. They are completely shocking. Their website offers hope, and then dashes it. I had to complain to Amazon last time I had a package via HDL, and Amazon were great. Apart from the fact that they're still using HopelessDeliveryLosers.

Heh, they use whoever's cheapest right now. Before Christmas it was CityLink who were being completely hopeless for a change.

I presume you actually mean HDNL? They do take shittiness to a brand new level.

I tend to ask for Royal Mail, but don't always get it :/
