Water coolers

jackWater coolers always confuse me. Does "blue" mean "cold" and "white" mean "normal" or does "blue" mean "water" and "white" mean "icy"? I'm pretty sure it's the first, but every time I find out I keep forgetting so I'm not sure if it's the same everywhere, although I assume it is.</Intelligent person>
