jackFried chilli, garlic (8 cloves), spices, onion, mushroom and some veg. Cooked rice. Added both to baking dish with tinned veg, and mixed with tinned tomato and egg. Topped with generous grated bread+cheese. Fingers crossed.
Verdict: Turned out ok but not great, didn't seem to add much over my usual pasta bake. ghoti's improvised rice bake was really nice though (thank you!), maybe I should learn to make it her way.
