Didn't have the camera with me, and I'm home and mostly dry now. There was an impressive flood outside the Jenny Wren that I would have photographed, and the drainage ditch next to Cowley Road was in full flow too (rather than it's usual stagnant yuck).
Well, ok, almost by definition there are an infinite number of things anyone doesn't know[1]. But you see what I meant about "Il est beau" and "Il fait beau" being sopposites[2] here?
