jackToday: Normal day at work. Normal evening in. I toyed with going to games evening but I don't think I will. Although there's at least one game liv and K aren't fond of I'd like to try out, and I'd like to have another go at introducing people to my Toy Factory.
Wordcount: I posted after writing yesterday so I'm still the same, about 1 day behind target. Although what I envisaged for the end is collapsing a bit, it may end about half way through the month as I expected after the first few days.
I find it hard to judge the pace. The first half was mostly conversation, now there's a lot of action. But I'm not sure if the transitions and motivations are clear in the various scenes.
I've also accumulated a lot of "make this clear in the first half".
I also keep having ideas that don't really fit the tone, too wacky, or too grim, and I keep having to remind myself to just not do them.
