I was *supposed* to be writing about Gerald and Flewt. But in mistake 1, my muse (hi!) ran away with themself and I poured out 1.5kwords on god creation myths in that world.

Mistake 2 was a disappointment. Considering the only sensible things the characters would do, someone's going to die :( Considering everyone has about three paragraphs each, that shouldn't have been a disappointment, but it was.

I haven't cried in many many years, though have felt choked with tears at times of personal disappointment and loss. Occasionally something completely inconsequential touches me, generally when I'm feeling balanced and calm and in touch with myself. Twice tonight.

Awww! It's great when you have such an affinity with your characters though, isn't it?

Yay! I'm pleased, because I always did better when borrowing characters. Any I put effort into always seem bland. Any I make up on the spur of the moment and investigate in a short story always seem delightful contradictions I want to explore, sometimes intimately :)
