More unpc humour
Mar. 9th, 2006 10:58 amSue wanted me to write this up. Unfortunately, I couldn't get it into a whole sketch, so I'll just note down the essentials now.

Though if you want *serious* (in a humorous way) religious commentary, see one over zero, where:
"Hey, Josh! When I said 'divide the bread', I meant the bill, not literally."And to follow on from last post, on talking to God, see:
"Sorry, Pete. OK, who ordered the wine? The bread? That's... um... Jude, help me out here."
"I think it's 11sp,10cp each."
"Right, let's get rendering unto."
"I love you all. Hic."
"Damn! I'm 30 sp short. How can I get my own back?"

Though if you want *serious* (in a humorous way) religious commentary, see one over zero, where:
- The characters are aware of the cartoonist, and this is a primary influence on their life. The cartoonist isn't an 'avatar', though is the same as any narrator.
- There are often metaphors of God=cartoonist, characters=people.
- The characters go on strike for consistent physics, not speaking until the cartoonist caves in.
- "I can't give you everything you ask for, or the cartoon would degenerate into constant whining."
- Is killing an undeveloped character murder? Does it make a difference if it's in 1/0, or a comic one of the characters there starts himself within that?
- "But if God is infinite, he must extend into our universe."
"Au contraire. Once upon a time, a universe came into being without a god and everything was morally neutral. The end. Though infinite in lots of other ways, apparently God doesn't extend into all fictional subuniverses." - "Once upon a time, an infinite number of people lived for infinite time infinitely happily"
"Ooh, do that again!"
