Jugs are definitely good. Having an infinite supply of squash to hand in the living room is very nice.

Apparently that was the first region 1 dvd I've played after all. I thought we were still supposed to be *pretending* DVD players were region-specific, but the instructions were at the top of the amazon listing and took five seconds to follow. I think the movie industry should have started executing the evil overlord's "Five year old kid" test on all -- or indeed any -- of their plans.
