Invitation - HOUSEWARMING 9TH OCTOBER

Subject to approval by the third housemate there will be a housechristening party on the 9th of October.^[1] If you're on my friends list you're welcome to come, but I'll do more specific invites later, including directions. There will also be $housemate[2] and also $housemates[1] with half a dozen friends or so.

It was going to be the weekend before but that seems really busy. I really hope this isn't clashing with anything; if so sort a date out amongst yourselves in comments before I come back.

There will be mead and hugging and mao and meeting my housemates and a celebration of the new term. Who wants to come?

[1] That is, the saturday after the Tolkien Readthrough Cast Party. I think I have the date right, but it's that saturday.

PS. I'm off right... *now*; I won't see any spodding until friday probably.

Sorry. I got there quickly to head off any other clashing parties, or it'd be being hosted *next* term. Anyway, haven't you *had* a hosusewarming? You're welcome to a joint party if you really, really want :)

We have already had one, but not since I moved in, and not since various people have been back at Cambridge. so I'm going to have another. It can wait though, because of the already-having-had-one thing.

Good call. I might even go so far as to have *regular* house warming parties, just because.

I was worried you'd shift the party back to the previous weekend, thus making it the *third* I'd (hopefully? presumably?) be invited to then :)
