jackI tend to like cheese the harder and stronger it is, to first approximation infinite. Ie. imagine a singularity at (parmesan,parmesan) which represents an unreachable deadly infinity, and the "closer" (ie. larger on either axis but still finite) the better.
I am currently eating piave vecchio from Tesco's, which is quite nice. Any suggestions? :)
