jackFri -- Mum came. Ate very nice supermarket ratoutuille. Watched Doctor
Who. Anna and Robert came round and borrowed some other Doctor Who.
Sat -- We drove diagonally across England and stopped in an out of the
way village in the Cotswolds, where we had tea, and walked up to the
hilltops to marvel. A stoat or ferret or something (I remember a
weasel is weaselly recognised and a stoat is stoatally different, but
I forget which is which). I expect on the theme for my dino game. We
go to Evesham and visit Dad's Mum's grave.
Sun -- We go to the Old Hills and see bluebell carpets.
Mon -- Dad and I stroll round the river to the cider pub for cards,
and back down to the local pub for pool. (13mi?)
Tue -- Dad and I paddle the insane boat up to the cider pub, and then
drift back in the gloaming watching fish jump.
Wed -- I sleep in and read in the garden. In the evening I meet Dad in
town, and see some friends from school.
Thu -- I do some computer stuff in the day, and mum and I go to eat
good mexican food and see Wild Hogs "the worst film she'd ever seen,
but in an ok way".
Fri -- I do more programming and sitting in the sun, and mum and I
talk maths and watch Tinker, Tailor, Soldier, Spy. I meet dad in the
pool pub. A nice waitress doomedly offers us tickets to a meaty
raffle.
Sat -- We go to Stow, great landscape gardens, thence to Cambridge,
river, Bite lock, Milton, pub, home.
Sun -- Botanic gardens and town.
