jackOoh, hey, once google maps has found a route it lets you drag it to change it, if you want to go another way. Has it always done that? That's great for finding distances the way you want to go, not the default best, or correcting aberrations. (OK, or maybe another site does it better? But gmaps is just always there and easy.)
