jackLivredor and I had a lovely two weeks, first in Sweden, round Stockholm, the archipelago, and visiting the Arctic circle, and then in Cambridge. Indeed, if it's not too cutesy to say so, absolutely every day was nearly perfect. Thanks to everyone who came round on Saturday for an impromptu day party, or we otherwise met. L and I have exchanged more books, and I have started showing her Firefly.
Now I'm back at the big, free coffee-and-chips bar on the science park. ("Free" aka "paid $lots[1]", "chips" aka "electronics", "coffee" aka "mmmm, coffee".) I greeted E. with "Happy Monday" :)
