* When it deletes all the context you entered in addition to requiring you to re-login
* Always
* When to proceed you are required to speed-read several pages of dense legalese before the "accept" button times out
* Always
* With anything other than sensitive financial transactions/on public computers

* When the confirm page doesn't have a complete summary, requiring you to re-log in to the main page of the site to check what it was you were buying.
