HPMOR: Beginning and ending

There's several things in the first few chapters that are neatly mirrored by things in the last few chapters, like Harry's first idea of removing the Snitch from quiddich, and his final attempt to do just that. And things that mirror Harry's first year at Hogwarts in the original books. It's just that Eliezer Yudkowsky accidentally wrote Game of Thrones meets Ender's Game in the middle, so they're very very far apart.
