It's winter. The skin on my hands gets cracked. It doesn't hurt, but looks rather odd. Should I be using some sort of moisturising thing? If so, what?

You don't want cracked skin on your hands. What if you have to squeeze a lemon?
I like Neutrogena's hand creme, but I don't know if you have it there. Also, it's not cheap. And if you wet your hands, it gets slick. But it definitely works.
