Arranged end of tenancy cleaning ✓

It was a little stressful planning for this, but it's arranged, they're happy to just clean everything, they gave me a breakdown, and say superficially cleaning the mold is a comparatively small extra.

It feels incredibly good that the cleaning problems with my flat are (hopefully) gone. It's amazing what you can order from the internet, and thanks to Uri David for getting them in before!

I looked for the irony but couldn't find it - might be hidden under all my clutter.

Can you divulge how much they're charging? In the unlikely event I ever finish putting things in the right places, it might be worth employing someone to give the place a thorough spring clean. (I don't know if "spring" is pessimistic or optimistic!)

I'm tempted to use the Big Dangerous Pressure Washer on at least my ground floor windows. And since the upstairs windows open inwards it ought to be possible to clean those with bucket and sponge. I should probably do that some decade soon…

I'm not sure it's worth cleaning my carpets before they get replaced. (-8

Conversely, my place is a three-bedroom house rather than a flat.

So probably the overall cost would be about the same. Which is useful to know, thanks!
