For anyone else who can't see it, it's F[bar]e, as in h-bar (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Planck's_constant), as in, "iron bar"...
It renders in IE on my work computer as F[square box]e. Though I've never installed anything helpful for IE, since I never use it, except when I post obscure unicode jokes and want to see if they're cross-browser compatible.
