I wasn't at all sure whether NTL on demand was a sensible thing or not, but purely the ability to watch the current ep of Doctor Who any evening that week without any preparatory hassle in any form really is really nice.

Happy things:

* I changed the fuse on the tumble drier and it works
* I changed the fuse on the toaster and it doesn't work, and either I fix it (yay) or a I get a four-rack toaster (yay)
* My only top-level bookmark is a javascript alert box which says "Hello Jack". It's amazing how this can always make me smile.
* Things compile at work.
* It's warm and sunny!

But dancing eventually made me feel good :)

Goodly, I've got quite a bit done this week, success at work, big tesco order, social stuff, and well enough to feel able to relax rather than have to try to squeeze something else in :) And have several things to look forward to.

Badly, half a dozen friends have just been really busy recently, and there's been a distinct lack of relaxing evenings in, and I feel depressed. Looking back at previous cyberhugs and looking forward to upcoming events cheers me up a little bit.

I'm happy, but I don't know why. Of course, being me, this is surprisingly annoying. It's like when you win at blockus and all the intelligent people glare at you, and you say "Sorry, I don't know how I did that. Apparently my intuition does work." But it means you've no idea how to do it *again* you just have to leap from the lion's mouth and trust :)

I realise I've kind of slacked off on the happy posts. Well, I just checked this month's posts, and they're all happy posts, apart from the rant about crypto-anti-feminists. Which is an average of two a day, which is doing quite well.
